Foxborough Lessons Cancellation Policy
General cancellations
In order to maintain financial stability of the club , we will not issue a refund on a scheduled lesson if the member cancels beforehand or fails to show for the lesson.
Rescheduling
Requests to substitute a rider for a booked lesson must be directed to the appointed committee member . Whilst we will try to accommodate the change of rider , however this cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Cancellations
Lessons may be canceled by the instructor or committee member, due to inclement weather or unsafe riding conditions.
In such cases, either the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or the cost of the lesson will be refunded.
Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, the rider will be notified as soon as possible.
The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
Communication
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or through the designated booking platform.
Please ensure that you receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request to avoid any misunderstandings.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues that may affect your ability to attend a scheduled lesson.
